    Appointments are very much appreciated. Please note that we will take our last appointment 1/2 hour before the closing times listed below. If there are no appointments at that time we will close. 

     

      Island Tanning Company has been serving the Lansdale area since 1986.  We were one of the 1st salons in the area and have extensive knowledge about the Indoor Tanning Industry. For 34 years, the salon has been operated under the same ownership.

    Our staff is Smart Tan Certified and they are very well educated about the tanning process.  We value our customers and strive to help clients meet their needs while achieving a beautiful, glowing tan.  We started as a family owned and operated business and we still are.  Be assured that anytime you have a concern or question, Lori or Jim Gamble / Owners are available. 

    Our equipment is top notch all steel construction, made in Germany where indoor tanning began.  We use the finest lamps in the industry and we have a unit for all skin types.  Upon your 1st visit, we will discuss your needs and devise a personalized schedule for you. Our motto is "knowledge is key" and our employees are very competent in their service to you.

    Please stop by for a tour of our facility. Cleanliness is of utmost importance to us and we take it very seriously.  All units are sanitized with hospital grade disinfectants.  Eyewear is provided free of charge.  This is a law in Pennsylvania.  17 year olds must have parental consent and under 17 is not allowed to tan.
